RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligible Ready-to-Ship wigs may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with the lace uncut and all original packaging included.

Made-to-Order and other final-sale wigs are only eligible for review in the event of a confirmed defect. All requests require approval before the item is returned.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at support@secretrunwayhair.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an approved Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Secret Runway Hair is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee.
